Picture from years gone by, but morning flag ceremony can be pretty chilly!
My weather bug and the KVUE said Bastrop was 26 degrees this morning. That Polar Bear patch is looking pretty likely. By now they have had breakfast, opening flag ceremony and are in their National Guard tents at class. Bundled up warm and out of the cold.
