Branding!

During Living History night, the staff fires up the forge in the blacksmith shop and does a few demonstrations. One of the favorites is branding - they've got branding irons with the Lost Pines logo, and the guys think it is great to get that branded into the brim of their caps, or onto the plastic mugs they get from the trading post.
